The house sits on two and a half acres, backing up to open woods. A covered porch wraps around three sides, good for morning coffee or an evening meal outside. Inside: vaulted ceilings, radiant floors, big windows.

Your stay includes the full outdoor wellness circuit, ready on arrival. Twenty minutes to Traverse City, fifteen to Sleeping Bear, fifteen to thirty anywhere on Leelanau.

II · The Ritual

Hot, cold, warm.
Repeat.

The Finnish contrast cycle. High heat to open up, deep cold to close back down, gentle warmth to settle. Three rounds and you'll sleep like a kid.

Cold plunge tucked beside the sauna, held between 38 and 45°. Step in slow. Long exhale on the way down.

Premium hot tub for starlit soaks after a day on the dunes or the wine trail. Best after dark, looking up.

Do this three times before bed.

Best after sunset. Porch lights come on around 8:30pm, woods quiet down by nine, and by the third plunge you'll forget what month it is. Robes, towels, and slippers are stocked in the sauna entry.
