A modern farmhouse set between Traverse City, the Dunes, and the Leelanau peninsula. Cozy in winter, fresh in summer.

The house sits on two and a half acres, backing up to open woods. A covered porch wraps around three sides, good for morning coffee or an evening meal outside. Inside: vaulted ceilings, radiant floors, big windows.

Your stay includes the full outdoor wellness circuit, ready on arrival. Twenty minutes to Traverse City, fifteen to Sleeping Bear, fifteen to thirty anywhere on Leelanau.

II · The Ritual

Hot, cold, warm.
Repeat.

The Finnish contrast cycle. High heat to open up, deep cold to close back down, gentle warmth to settle. Three rounds and you'll sleep like a kid.

Cold plunge tucked beside the sauna, filled straight from the well at 45 to 50°. Step in slow. Long exhale on the way down.

Premium hot tub for starlit soaks after a day on the dunes or the wine trail.

Do this three times before bed.

Good any time of day, though it's something else after dark — the sky out here fills with stars. The porch lights aren't on an automatic timer, so switch them on before you head out. Robes are in the bathroom; slippers and the towel warmer are by the back door, ready for the circuit.
